About ProbeKit

ProbeKit is a suite of network, DNS and email diagnostics: record lookups (MX, A, TXT, SOA, DNSSEC…), email authentication checks (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, BIMI, MTA-STS, TLS-RPT), blacklist monitoring across ~40 live DNSBLs, whois/ASN/RDAP intelligence, ping/traceroute/TCP/SMTP connectivity tests, HTTP and TLS inspection, propagation checks, analyzers and generators — all behind one unified search box.

How lookups work

DNS queries run against the resolvers on our servers for uniform, trustworthy results (including DNSSEC types); whois, ping and traceroute run as real network probes. Every result includes the raw output so you can verify exactly what the parser saw. Blacklist queries deliberately avoid big public resolvers, which several DNSBLs block.

Privacy & limits

Diagnostic lookups run on demand; lookups run without an account aren't stored. ProbeKit never probes private, loopback or otherwise internal address ranges. API requests are rate-limited per IP, and results are point-in-time diagnostics. The Privacy Policy lists exactly what we keep and for how long, and Security describes how we protect it.
