ProbeKit runs the email and DNS checks you already do by hand, for every client, on a schedule. It tells you when something breaks, explains the fix in plain words, and gives you a branded report to show the client what you caught.

Three problems every MSP knows
A client calls: their mail is bouncing
Paste the bounce or SMTP error into Diagnose. It names the cause (a blacklist listing, a broken SPF record, a missing DKIM key, a DMARC reject) and the fix, then runs the checks that confirm it.
Better: a blacklist, SPF, DKIM or DMARC monitor on that domain tells you first, so you call the client instead of the other way round. Every alert says what changed, old against new, and the exact record to publish.
50 domains to watch, and no time to check them
Import your clients and their domains from a CSV, then press "Monitor everything" on a client: ProbeKit sets up the standard checks (Domain Health, DMARC, SPF, DKIM, blacklists, certificate and domain expiry, DNS changes) for each of its domains.
The dashboard groups everything by client, then by domain, and alerts go to email, Slack, Teams, Discord, PagerDuty or a webhook, or open a ticket in Autotask or ConnectWise Manage (one per incident, closed when it clears). Config checks run hourly; uptime checks every 1 minute.
Proving your value at renewal time
Each client gets a white-label report with your name, logo and colour: monitor status, incidents you caught and how fast, and DMARC pass rates against the previous period. Schedule it weekly or monthly and it emails itself.
Give clients a branded status page for their domains, or a read-only login, so they see the work without a ticket.
The per-client math
One price for up to 50 clients: $79 a month, or $65 a month billed annually. Spread across your clients, it costs this much each:

- Is there a free trial of the MSP plan?
- Yes: 14 days. Starting it needs a payment card, nothing is charged during the trial, and we email you 3 days before it ends. One trial per organization.
- What does it cost per client?
- MSP is $79 a month, or $65 a month billed annually, for up to 50 clients. At 50 clients that is $1.58 per client per month, or $1.30 billed annually.
- Can I put my own brand on reports and status pages?
- Yes. Set your name, logo and accent colour once; client reports, PDFs and status pages carry them, without ProbeKit branding.
- Can my clients see their own status?
- Yes. Publish a status page per client (up to 25), send scheduled reports to the client's contact, or give them a read-only login.
- Do the free tools stay free?
- Yes. Every lookup and diagnostic tool stays free, with no account needed. The MSP plan is about monitoring, alerting and reporting across clients.
